An alarming new study (posted
in full below) illustrates how fast neuroscience is developing in its
attempt to uncover every aspect of the human brain. A specific brain
wave called P300 has been identified by researchers as a marker that
essentially encodes what we observe as we go about our daily activities.
Based on this specific brain wave marker, researchers are able to
conduct a Concealed Information Test. In fact, the test is already being
used in Japan and Israel. Researchers are hoping that new data they
have published will demonstrate that the test is reliable enough to meet
the higher standard of U.S. courtrooms.
The massive influx of money into Obama’s BRAIN project, as well as similar research sponsored by the European Union ,
now exceeds $2 billion combined. Research continues full-steam ahead
despite indications that human brain study is outpacing ethical
parameters. Some scientists within the European arm of the project have
recently threatened a boycott due to mismanagement and misuse along similar lines to what you will read below.
In our age of loosened constitutional
standards and basic human rights that has permitted all innocent
communications and movements to be tracked, traced and databased, any
technology that aims to uncover our most mundane daily activities and
thoughts must be heavily scrutinized for potential abuse. Moreover, I
have highlighted some of the language in this press release that clearly
demonstrates how this could move far beyond the courtroom and easily
provide a new level of pervasive surveillance.
Bold emphasis is mine:
Brain activity can be used to tell whether someone recognizes details they encountered in normal, daily life, which may have implications for criminal investigations and use in courtrooms, new research shows.
The findings , published in Psychological Science , a journal of the Association for Psychological Science , suggest that a particular brain wave, known as P300 , could serve as a marker that identifies places, objects, or other details that a person has seen and recognizes from everyday life .
Research using EEG recordings of brain
activity has shown that the P300 brain wave tends to be large when a
person recognizes a meaningful item among a list of nonmeaningful items.
Using P300, researchers can give a subject a test called the Concealed Information Test (CIT) to try to determine whether they recognize information that is related to a crimeor other event.
Most studies investigating P300 and
recognition have been conducted in lab settings that are far removed
from the kinds of information a real witness or suspect might be exposed
to. This new study marks an important advance , says lead research John B. Meixner of Northwestern University, because it draws on details from activities in participants’ normal, daily lives.
“Much like a real crime, our participants
made their own decisions and were exposed to all of the distracting
information in the world,” he explains.
“Perhaps the most surprising finding was the extent to which we could detect very trivial details from a subject’s day, such as the color of umbrella that the participant had used,” says Meixner. “This
precision is exciting for the future because it indicates that
relatively peripheral crime details, such as physical features of the
crime scene, might be usable in a real-world CIT — though we still need
to do much more work to learn about this.”
To achieve a more realistic CIT, Meixner and
co-author J. Peter Rosenfeld outfitted 24 college student participants
with small cameras that recorded both video and sound — the students
wore the cameras clipped to their clothes for 4 hours as they went about
their day.
For half of the students, the researchers used the recordings to identify details specific to each person’s day, which became “probe” items for that person.
The researchers also came up with corresponding, “irrelevant”
items that the student had not encountered — if the probe item was a
specific grocery store, for example, the irrelevant items might include
other grocery stores.
For the other half of the students, the “probe”
items related to details or items they had not encountered, but which
were instead drawn from the recordings of other participants. The
researchers wanted to simulate a real investigation, in which a suspect
with knowledge of a crime would be shown the same crime-related details
as a suspect who may have no crime-related knowledge.
The next day, all of the students returned to
the lab and were shown a series of words that described different
details or items (i.e., the probe and irrelevant items), while their
brain activity was recorded via EEG.
The results showed that the P300 was larger
for probe items than for irrelevant items, but only for the students who
had actually seen or encountered the probe.
Further analyses revealed that P300
responses effectively distinguished probe items from irrelevant items on
the level of each individual participant, suggesting that it is a
robust and reliable marker of recognition.
These findings have implications for memory research, but they may also have real-world application in the domain of criminal law given that some countries, like Japan and Israel, use the CIT in criminal investigations.
“One reason that the CIT has not been
used in the US is that the test may not meet the criteria to be
admissible in a courtroom,” says Meixner. “Our work may help
move the P300-based CIT one step closer to admissibility by
demonstrating the test’s validity and reliability in a more realistic
context.”
Meixner, Rosenfeld, and colleagues plan on
investigating additional factors that may impact detection, including
whether images from the recordings may be even more effective at
eliciting recognition than descriptive words – preliminary data suggest
this may be the case.

You know what I recently noticed? That I am no longer attached to material things like I used to be.
There was a time when, because I was attached
to every little thing that I possessed, I would get so mad whenever
someone would take my things, use them and at times break them. And oh
my, all the drama that was created around that. But now I no longer
care.
Even though I can afford to have a lot of
‘stuff’, I have reached a point in my life where spending my money on
all kind of physical things no longer excites me. In fact I seem to get a
lot more excited when I give my things away than I do when I buy them. I
guess this is what happens the moment you begin to understand that you
are more than your possessions and that your value doesn’t come from how
much ‘stuff’ you have but from who you are internally.
We live in a world that teaches us that more
is better and that the more we have, the more valuable we become and the
better our lives will get. But where is the peace in that?
Where is the peace in always striving and
never arriving? Where is the peace in never being satisfied with what
you already have and always wanting more, more, more? Where is the peace
in allowing your material possessions to control you and your life
instead of you being the one in control?
When is enough, enough?
“Be content with what you have, rejoice in the way things
are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs
to you.” ~ Lao Tzu
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that we
should all give our material possessions away and live on the streets.
That’s far from it. What I’m saying is that we shouldn’t waste our lives
working so hard to make money, just so we can spend those money on
gathering a lot of stuff and clutter our lives. There’s more to life
than hoarding a lot of ‘stuff’.
“A man is rich in proportion to the number of things which he can afford to let alone.”
Living in a constant chase to acquire more
stuff is exhausting. It makes you think that where you are, who you are
and what you now have is never enough and that you should seek to have
more, do more and become more.
It’s a trap.
“But here’s the thing–no matter how many possessions you
have, you never feel secure. As soon as you get one thing, there is
always something else you “need”.”
I don’t know if you’ve noticed this or not,
but there are many people who give way too much importance and value to
their material possessions. And that’s only because they take their
sense of identity, their value and their worth from all of those things.
When you have no idea who you are, and what
really means to be a valuable and worthy human being, you can’t help but
think that the value and quantity of your stuff says a lot about your
value.
“You alone are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.” ~ Maya Angelou
I think it’s very important for people to
understand that your value doesn’t come from how much stuff you have,
how shiny it all is and how much you paid for it. Your true value comes
from the fact that you were once born into this physical world and that
you are now living and breathing on this beautiful planet. That’s where
your true value comes from.
We are all here for a reason. We are all here
because each and every one of us has a purpose to fulfill. And that
purpose and that reason isn’t about us gathering a lot of ‘stuff’ and
then allowing that ‘stuff’ to clutter our lives and to keep us
from walking on our life path.
There’s nothing wrong in having beautiful
things and allowing those things to give more meaning and color to your
life. But if you fall into the trap of allowing your material
possessions to keep you from honoring yourself, your purpose and from
creating the life you were meant to create, than that can become a
problem.
“Never again clutter your days or nights with so many menial
and unimportant things that you have no time to accept a real challenge
when it comes along. This applies to play as well as work. A day merely
survived is no cause for celebration. You are not here to fritter away
your precious hours when you have the ability to accomplish so much by
making a slight change in your routine. No more busy work. No more
hiding from success. Leave time, leave space, to grow. Now. Now! Not
tomorrow!” ~ Og Mandino
Work on making the relationship you have with
yourself and your life path more important than the relationship you
have with your material possessions. Never allow your attachment to your
material things to keep you from going where your heart wants you to go
and from doing the things that your Soul came here to do.
If life ever asks you to relocate. If your
hear your heart telling you that you should leave behind the life you
are now living and the many material things you are currently clinging
on to so that you can start a new life someplace else, dare to listen.
Trust the wisdom of your inner voice and trust in the wisdom of life.
Because that’s what life is really all about.
Love your things. Let them beautify and give
more meaning to your life. But never allow them to get in the way of you
living the life you came here to live. Never allow them to burden you,
to control you and to keep you from living the simple, beautiful and
meaningful life you are meant to live. Never use your attachment to all
your physical possessions as an excuse of why you can’t do the things
that your heart, soul and intuitions are asking you to do.
“As you simplify your life, the
laws of the universe will be simpler; solitude will not be solitude,
poverty will not be poverty, nor weakness weakness.” ~ Henry David
Thoreau
Is the relationship you have with your
‘stuff’ more important than the relationship you have with your true
self and your life purpose? You can share your insights by joining the
conversation in the comment section below.
Today I would like to return to your
awareness an aspect of the Human condition vulnerable to the insidious
ploys of deception and confusion. The Human race has no greater failing
than our propensity to be misled and confounded by those who would seek
to control and dominate in our lives. We are baited by truth only to be
sucked into endless spirals and tangled paths that weave into macabre
tapestries of duplicity and betrayal.
It is neither natural nor normal to remain in
a perpetual state of confusion, fear and limited awareness. Some of the
brightest people I’ve met seem to live in an insulated world, void of
philosophical depth and any real grasp on reality. Why is this so?
Layers of social engineering and debilitating chemicals in the air, food
and water have most certainly played a role in creating this level of
disengagement. And so it would seem that there are those who are rather
keen on keeping us in a sort of dumbed-down, sub-human state of mind,
where conformity and blind servitude are aptly rewarded over original
thoughts and independence. After all, a fully realized and enlightened
Human race would be a force to reckon with. The docile and compliant are
always preferred.
In the following paragraphs I intend to peel
back the layers of the enigmatic root vegetable we call an onion. I’ve
always been fascinated by its structure, pungency and why it tastes so
good. It also serves as a unique analogy for understanding root meaning
and the multiple layers that inevitably surround a given core truth.
Sinking your teeth into this raw wonder will surely elicit a tear or
two. So be it! But what does an Indigo have to do with all this? Keep
peeling and weeping.
The Core Truth
I think we too often accept our foggy
disposition as normal, and that is a concern. We typically shrug off
what we don’t understand and move on to the next order of business. But
why don’t we understand? Why should there be anything outside our realm
of comprehension? As I look around I see people walking about with
gigantic brains encased in massive skulls. And the brain is folded over
and over in countless convolutions so that the surface area is
economized in a way to make it even more compact. If we were to
hypothetically inflate the Human brain so to fill out all the (wrinkles)
it would surely rival the size and shape of the elusive, big-headed
extraterrestrial visitors said to have visited us.
So I watch and wonder as to why we don’t use
it. We’re told we’re plugged in to only perhaps ten percent of our
cerebral potential. Such a waste, don’t you think? I propose we only use
ten percent because the other ninety percent is too busy trying to make
sense out of the nonsense it’s been fed. And the mind labors greatly as
it learns to accept beliefs systems that flourish under the guise of
truth. Ideas once grounded in reality are circumvented and exchanged
into imaginary platforms and illusionary constructs. It’s all by design
and necessary for society to function in the manner that it does.
This is a taxing endeavor for the mighty
brain to tackle. We live our life on a stage built by those determined
to tell us who and what we are. We’re measured by our title, our wealth
and our educational achievements. These are largely synthetic constructs
that have little organic meaning. We inevitably surrender power to our
“masters” much like handing car keys over to a parking lot attendant.
Our brain can be led astray and can even work against us so long as we
allow someone else to push all the programming buttons. And so when we
are told we are small, sinful and helpless little creatures, we’ve been
well conditioned into believing it so. These are strident lies that the
social engineers masquerade as truth.
Tale of the Onion
As I peel away the first layer I am reminded
of the fragile, satinesque skin that surrounds it. It’s the first thing
we see and touch and it’s how the onion chooses to present itself to the
world. The old timers will tell you that a thicker skin is harbinger of
a cold winter. And so the onion “speaks” in a number of interesting
ways – and it looks as though we may indeed be in for a long and cold
one.
As I peel my way through layer after layer,
tears begin to well. Ah, such repetition I think, for every layer is
much the same. There must be a prize at the end I muse, a seed, pith,
heart or core. But there is nothing more at the end than what was
promised from the start. This might prove disappointing to one who would
fancy a surprise after so much effort and anticipation. And the rings-
oh yes the rings, each circular and infinite in their own way only add
to the whimsical tale of this banded riddle. Maybe I’ll fry some up. And
so the onion is honest in all regard, every layer built upon the last
to faithfully reproduce the essence of what it is.
Societal institutions are constructed in a
manner much like the onion, but with one striking caveat. The core truth
is not faithfully reproduced throughout the extenuating layers. The
societal “onion” might be pure at its center but shows signs of
outwardly decay. The “skin” would do a convincing job of hiding the
horrible truth that may be festering within. One is conditioned to judge
this particular brand of onion from afar and accept its crisp and satin
wrapper as proof enough of its purity and integrity. We are conditioned
in a number of ways to embrace what we see as the unconditional truth.
Those who want to pick it up and inspect it run the risk of being
stigmatized as part of the lunatic fringe. The onion looks fine and so
it is. No, you may not touch it!
We intuitively recognize truth at the very
core of a viable concept. But there are dubious concepts baited with a
kernel of truth so that we pay them closer mind. Once pulled in, a
free-thinking and aware person might begin to realize inconsistencies in
quality and integrity as the institution migrates further and further
away from its core truth. Some will already be roped in before such a
discovery. But most will never see how they’ve been duped into believing
something that had all the appearances of being truthful when in fact
it may have been an agenda driven, control apparatus. Governmental and
religious institutions, for instance, will often bait your interest with
an undeniable truth before making the hard sell as to why we must go to
war or why we should be “saved” from original sin. These are tainted
layers. They are not edible nor are they an echo of the original seed.
Enter the Indigo child.
Rise of the Indigo
Ideas seem to run all over the place as to
what exactly Indigo’s are. I’m willing to guess that if you’re visiting
this website with some frequency and are able to resonate with much of
its content, you may indeed be one of them. They’ve been called many
things but Indigo suits me fine. They’re not the relatively new
phenomenon that’s been suggested by some within the spiritual community.
They have been around for thousands of years although their numbers
have been widely dispersed throughout the world making them a bit of a
rarity. They are, however, now coming into existence at numbers greater
than ever before. This rampant influx likely gives the appearance of a
new phenomenon and so that might be the reason for this confusion. They
are not new, but they are mighty and they are now “waking” and returning
en masse to answer a calling.
The Indigo (child/adult) is known for their
sensitivity (hypersensitivity), emotionality and intuitive knowing. They
are frequently misunderstood by others and are often considered aloof
or in some way odd and unorthodox in how they see and do things. They
love animals (are often vegetarian or feel a compunction to go in that
direction) and can connect almost psychically with other species. They
have a sense of oneness with Universe and can see through the lies and
deception orchestrated by the social engineers. The indigo can have a
temper and may not always give the impression of being sublime and
spiritually balanced. This is because the indigo is not a passive
entity; they are here to observe and correct the injustices being done
on this planet and want to proactively protect the benevolent souls who
inhabit her. It’s my opinion that the Indigo is part of the Gaia defense
system. She felt an “infection” and called upon her “antibodies.” They
are psychic warriors and their vibration is hot and intense indeed.
At the innermost layer of my proverbial onion
I see the role of the Indigo and understand why they are here. We live
in a time when lies and deception have hijacked our most vital truths.
One needs to go no further than the daily news to get a good whiff of
that hands-off, rotting onion that looks so nice dressed in its shiny
façade. We are often led in a false direction because a truth has been
carefully placed along the path. Yes, just enough truth to bait our
interest and sway us off course. Brilliant really! You just gotta hand
it to those silly, meddling Archons.
It‘s not easy seeing through the cloud of
deception that surrounds us. Gaia knows this. It’s much easier to accept
the programmed reality playing out before us and pay no attention to
the smoke and mirrors that wreak havoc on our perceptions. Ah, but not
so fast says the Indigo. They have eyes that can see and ears that can
listen. Their mission is to separate the truth from the tentacles of
lies that suffocate it. Yes, they seem a little weird and different
because they are! But for them, they are trying their best to fit in
despite the difficulties associated with operating at a higher
vibration. They realize they must fit in to be effective in
communicating their urgent messages.
Yes- best beware of the eyes of the Indigo.
They will see right through those who will do harm to others, the
disingenuous, the deceivers, the charlatans and the wolves who leer with
bloodstained teeth ‘neath the hides of slaughtered lamb. You’re clear
as light to them. They will know you by your deeds and actions and the
energy you possess. The subtle vibrations in your speech, your smell and
the very presence you exude will not escape the ultra aware and keenly
perceptive Indigo.
The animals, plants and trees, even the
tiniest insects speak to the Indigo. True as the rock along the path,
the Indigo will note, it too imparts a language for those attuned to its
vibration. And so the Sun, Moon and stars whisper their song into the
musical ear of this child of light. It is to these energies they answer
and not to implied conventions and artificial constructs that society
promotes as normal. They are of the first religion and know the voice of
Creator. So for the powers that (think they are) your old tricks are
running stale. Your templates of conformity will not capture the
energetic expression of these entities amassing before you. Your hold on
the Indigo is no greater than a fishnet at holding water. And so it is.
Final Thought
The global elite, it’s been said, have all
the money they could ever possibly need. Anyway, if they wanted a little
extra they can just print it up or dial up some digi-dollars. So what
else do they want, you might ask? They want you! They want to own you!
They think they already do. They do not. But if you believe they do and
you accept their conventions and their twisted philosophies, well that’s
good enough for them.
Just for fun think of yourself as an object
such as a car. Ah, you’re of Italian decent you say- great- then make it
a Ferrari. The so-called “powers that be” will never see it as “your”
car as they consider it their instrument of wealth accumulation. But
there’s no need to keep your new car in their private garage so long as
they hold title and you’re good on payments. And if you believe you
might someday own your car outright, well think again. They still own
the insurance companies that insure it and the gas stations that keep it
fueled. They will continue to have stock and equity in their asset no
matter what you do. But you’re free to come and go as you please but
remember who owns you, baby. This is how the power elite think. And
that’s how they see you. Not as a person but as an object of sort, a
possible asset or liability to their empire of domination. So it’s a
good thing your birth has been certified and a number has been issued to
you or you might not exist in their eyes. Whew!
We’re frequently baited into a lie much like
how a mouse is baited into a spring loaded trap. That cheese sure smells
good then- WHACK- no more little mouse. So if we consider the cheese as
a morsel of truth, then what in the heck is that maniacal contraption
that’s built all around it? That’s a question I’ll leave with you.
Suffice to say we can be misled into willfully entering traps that can
lead to our own demise whether they are physical, mental or spiritual by
design.
The mouse was only guilty of being in a house
that was not adequately sealed to keep such creatures out. The mouse
was merely a messenger of this breach and we know what happens to the
messengers of this world. And when the trap finally sprung the occupant
of the dwelling might never come to know they had just killed a scorpion
eating, Southern Grasshopper mouse. Yep, the critter was all set to
devour a whole nest that had been lurking in the master bedroom. But
that cheese smelled just a wee bit better. Oh well, but please pardon my
desultory philippic as I am frequently guilty of such digressions.
But what if we were able to attune ourselves
in such a way where we could see the cheese and the spring and the board
that holds the whole damn thing together? We can do this. For starters
stop watching television! For the last time there is no real difference
between FOX and CNN so quit fooling yourself already. There is no
political left and right and your church does not have a license to use
the name of Jesus without His expressed consent. And by the way, don’t
think for a moment He would actually approve of your church. Ha- if you
think so then I’ve got some beachfront property here in Arizona I’d love
to sell you. Yes, at the very least stay away from that mind-numbing,
death-ray instrument we call TV for a year then reassess how you see
things. I sincerely challenge you to try it. You’ll be doing the whole
world a huge favor -I can assure you of that.
Anyway, if you managed to trudge through this
entire article I want to thank you. You’re the Indigo I’ve been trying
to reach. Yes you- child of The Light.
-Until next time

The claims about genetically
engineered foods have been quite lofty. Monsanto and other proponents of
biotechnology are fond of saying that genetic engineering is necessary
if the world’s food supply is to keep up with seven billion people and
counting. They claim GE crops produce higher yields, solve pest and weed
problems, are safe for humans and the environment, and are the cure for
world hunger.
As John Robbins writes, if
Monsanto’s true goal is addressing hunger, then their seeds would be
designed to fix the core problems that underlie the hunger issue, such as:[1]
-Able to grow on substandard or marginal soils
-Able to produce more high-quality protein with increased per-acre
yield, without the need for expensive machinery, chemicals, fertilizers
or water
-Engineered to favor small farms over larger farms
-Cheap and freely available without restrictive licensing
-Designed for crops that feed people, not livestock
If GE foods were really a viable
way to eliminate world hunger, then meeting these challenges would be a
powerful argument in their favor, would it not? So, what does the science say?
Monsanto gets a failing grade across the board.
With nearly 100 million acres of GE food now
planted worldwide, Monsanto’s crops have yet to do one thing to
alleviate hunger, particularly for the world’s less fortunate. In fact,
most of that acreage is devoted to growing corn and transgenic soybeans
for livestock feed.
GE Crops Produce a Higher Yield … Right?
No—their yield is actually lower. Overall,
research has shown a 5 to 10 percent reduction in yield for GE soybeans
versus the conventional variety. Other GE crops are performing equally
poorly.[2] These
plants are weak, malnourished and fail with the slightest environmental
stress or drought. Agronomists and plant scientists have made far
greater advances in yields with conventional breeding methods than with
GE crops.
The yields of GE cotton have been
particularly abysmal. Scientists have determined that growing GE cotton
in the US can result in a 40 percent drop in income. In India, the
situation is much worse with up to 100 percent failure rates for Bt
cotton, leaving farmers in total financial ruin. According to the
National Crime Records Bureau of India, more than 182,900 Indian farmers
took their own lives between 1997 and 2007 as a result of GE crop
failures—a staggering 46 farmer suicides each and every day.[3]
GE Crops Require Fewer Chemicals … Don’t They?
It turns out that GE crops fail miserably in
this respect too. GE crops actually need more toxic chemicals, not less.
Eighty-five percent of all GE seeds are engineered for herbicide
tolerance—specifically, Monsanto’s “Roundup Ready” cotton, corn, soy,
and canola seeds. As a result, pesticide use has increased dramatically.
Since the introduction of GE crops, more than 120 million pounds of
additional pesticides have been used in the US.[4]
Sixty percent of GE crops are resistant to
weed killers, fueling a dramatic rise in herbicide use—especially
Monsanto’s Roundup, which contains the extremely toxic chemical glyphosate.
Roundup is now used in more than 80 percent of all GE crops worldwide,
and the only one who benefits from THIS is Monsanto. They produce the
seeds that require a massive application of an herbicide that they just
happen to produce. How convenient for them!
Studies comparing large mechanized farms to
small farms have shown that small farms doing multiple and succession
plantings are significantly more productive than the monoculture
plantings used in large mechanized farms. A report compiled by about 400
of the world’s top scientists concluded our current agricultural system is unsustainable. We need farming methods that rebuild our ecological systems rather than demolish them. Organic farms consistently produce 80 to 90 percent higher yields than monoculture operations.[6] Genetic “bio-invasion” is the biggest risk organic farmers face today.[7]
Biodiversity is key to a healthy
ecosystem—and therefore a healthy food supply. In a diverse population,
some plants will have natural resistance and will fare better than
others, saving the group as a whole from catastrophe. Poor soil quality
is a serious problem for farmers across the globe. Our soil is depleting
at more than 13 percent the rate it can be replaced due to our
chemical-based agriculture system. Massive monoculture has also resulted
in the extinction of 75 percent of the world’s crop varieties over the
last century.[8]
It can be safely said, then, that GE crops were not developed for the purpose of solving world hunger, but to ensure that everything we eat is owned by them. Their goal is maximum profit.
History has proven that artificially inserted
genes can have unintended and disastrous consequences. The reality is
that GE farming practices are not the solution to world hunger, but
rather the very heart of the problem, virtually guaranteeing future crop
collapses and subsequent famine. Sustainable, biodynamic agriculture is the real solution!

25 Characteristics You May Find In Those Who Are Awakening
There is no doubt the Earth
is evolving spiritually. People are experiencing intense changes within
their life, work, behaviors and personal relationships. Many are
awakening at a rate that can only be described as phenomenal. So how do
we know if we are awakening? Here are 25 common characteristics you may
find in yourself and others.
Some of you may experience things not on this list and I encourage
you to share your experiences in the comments below. We are all unique
and many of us are experiencing phenomenon that are difficult to explain
at this time. We are all learning from each other.
1. Being in public places is sometimes overwhelming.
Since our walls between self and other are dissolving, we haven’t
really learned to distinguish between someone else’s energy and our own.
If the general mood of the crowd is herd-like or negative, we can feel
this acutely, and may feel like retreating into our own private space.
When we have recharged our batteries with meditation, spending time in
nature, far away from other people, or just sitting in quiet
contemplation, we are ready to be with the masses again. In personal
relationships, we often will feel someone else’s emotions as our own. It
is important to have this higher sense of empathy, but we must learn to
allow another person’s emotions while observing them and keeping our
empathy, but, realizing that not all emotions belong to us. Social influence can dampen our own innate wisdom.
2. We understand our current paradigm, more than we
understand ourselves. We see the big picture and marvel and the duality
of our world including why polarity consciousness has brought us to
where it has today. We no longer see life choices and right or wrong,
good or bad, just choices defined by the neutral frequencies that we
later define. Unity consciousness is
allowing us to spread the message of unity consciousness to all of
humanity that will allow us to heal our division and change the misery
of our human beings to abundance within a global community filled with
love for each other and not fear of each other.
3. We know things without having to intellectually figure them out. Often called intuitive awareness, we have ‘a-ha’ moments
and insights that can explain some of the most complex theories or
phenomenon in the world. Some of the most brilliant minds of our time
just ‘know.’ Adepts and sages often were given downloads of information
from higher states of consciousness after meditating or being in the
presence of a more conscious individual; this is happening for more
people with more frequency. As we trust our intuition more often, it
grows stronger. This is a time of ‘thinking’ with our hearts more than
our heads. Our guts will no longer be ignored. Our dreams are becoming precognitive and eventually our conscious thoughts will be as well.
4. We acknowledge our imperfection and how beautiful
it is to be an imperfect version of our true selves. We thrive on
challenging only ourselves, and not through competition at the expense
of another, especially since we have no need to judge those who are
exactly where they need to be.
5.Watching television or most of main stream media,
including newspapers and many Hollywood movies is very distasteful to
us. The mindset that creates much, but not all, of the programming on
television and in cinema is abhorrent. It commodifies people and
promotes violence. It reduces our intelligence and numbs our natural
empathetic response to someone in pain.
6. We no longer have a need to attach our love to
material things, understanding that it only leads to misery because we
are not learning to love ourselves and others. The mentality only leads
to further acquisition of more things. Although things too are part of
consciousness, they do not allow humans to accelerate the mass
consciousness required to change the world. Only love for ourselves and
others can do that. Love is knowing the deservability and worthiness of
all. We are loved so unconditionally by Creation that we can even
choose to believe that we are not loved.
7. Lying to us is nearly impossible. We may not know
exactly what truth you are withholding, but we can also tell that
something isn’t right. We also know when you have other emotions, pain,
love, etc. that you aren’t expressing. You’re an open book to us. We
aren’t trained in counter-intelligence, we are just observant and
knowing. While we may pick up on physical cues, we can look into your eyes and know what you are feeling.
8. We may pick up symptoms of your cold, just like
men who get morning sickness when their wives are pregnant. Sympathy
pains, whether emotional or physical, are something we experience often.
We tend to absorb emotion through the solar plexus, considered the
place we ‘stomach emotion’ so as we learn to strengthen this chakra
center, we may sometimes develop digestive issues. Grounding to the
earth can help to re-establish our emotional center. Walking barefoot is a great way to re-ground.
9. We tend to root for the underdog, those without voices, those who have been beaten down by the matrix,
etc. We are very compassionate people, and these marginalized
individuals often need more love. People can sense our loving hearts, so
complete strangers will often tell us their life stories or approach us
with their problems. While we don’t want to be a dumping ground for
everyone’s issues, we are also a good ear for those working through
their stuff.
10. We don’t feel the need to awaken every person we
see. Within a few sentences we can interpret their level of comfort in
discussions relating to consciousness. When necessary, we plant a seed
and if it’s meant to grow it will. We understand that attempting to
awaken those who are not ready is toxic to their sensibilities.
11. If we don’t learn how to set proper boundaries,
we can get tired easily from taking on other people’s emotions. Energy
Vampires are drawn to us like flies to paper, so we need to be extra
vigilant in protecting ourselves at times.
12. We are all becoming healers. We naturally
gravitate toward healing fields, acupuncture, reiki, Qi-Gong, yoga,
massage, midwifery, etc. are fields we often find ourselves in. We know
that the collective needs to be healed, and so we try our best to offer
healing in whatever form we are most drawn to. We also turn away from
the ‘traditional’ forms of healing ourselves. Preferring natural foods,
herbs, and holistic medicine as ways to cure every ailment.
13. We see the possibilities before others do. Just like when the church told Copernicus he was wrong, and he stood by his heliocentric theory, we know what the masses refuse to believe. Our minds are light-years ahead.
14. We are creative. We sing, dance, paint, invent, or write. We have amazing imaginations.
15. We fully accept that we can only attract what is
within our vibrational field. There are no experiences that we can
obtain in physical form without attracting them from a vibrational
perspective. That includes the most horrific experiences and the most
beautiful ones. What we are learning to do is accept relationships and
experiences for what they are. People and experiences are serving as
reflections to teach us something about ourselves.
16. We don’t question what love is, why it is or how
it presents itself. We know it is everywhere, in everyone and
everything, all permeating and infinite.
17. We require more solitude than the average person.
18. We might get bored easily, but we are really good at entertaining ourselves.
19. We have a difficult time doing things we don’t
want to do or don’t really enjoy. We really do believe life was meant to
be an expression of joy. Why waste it doing something you hate? We
aren’t lazy, we are discerning.
20. We are obsessed with bringing the truth to light.
21. We don’t live in fear of anything. Any and all
changes coming, no matter how much they are perceived as negative or
dramatic on our Earth, are being designed by us. We have past the point
of no return and the Earth is ascending to a higher state of
consciousness. Nothing will stop it now.
22. We can’t keep track of time. Our imaginations often get away with us and a day can feel like a minute, a week, a day.
23. We abhor routine.
24. We often disagree with authority (for obvious
reasons). Some people call it “anarchy” without a true understanding of
what that word or our governments really are.
25. We will often be kind, but if you are
egotistical or rude, we won’t spend much time with you or find an excuse
to not hang out with people who are obsessed with themselves. We don’t
‘get’ people who are insensitive to other people’s feelings or points of
view.

Is the all-seeing eye a symbol of divine omniscience or sinister influence?
Today it symbolises control and domination by a shadowy elite, but its
original use was quite different. This article traces its use and
meaning back to ancient times, when it was a symbol of divine
providence, powerfully representing spiritual truth and awakening.
Humanity is Losing Its Precious Symbology
The all-seeing eye is a powerful esoteric
symbol which is widely misunderstood and misused today; few know what it
originally stood for. It was originally symbolic of a higher spiritual
power or God, a watchful caretaker of humanity or an awakened spiritual
part within. But these days it has quite different associations.
Today the all-seeing eye is more likely to be
seen as an “Illuminati” symbol of control and surveillance by elites
who to a large degree run the show on this planet at this time. This is
because, over time, dark sinister forces have taken over esoteric
symbols that for thousands of years were used to convey positive,
helpful, uplifting spiritual messages and principles. The all-seeing
eye is a prime example of how spiritual symbols have been hijacked and inverted.
There has not really been much push to understand the symbol’s original
meaning or to reclaim it for the spiritual significance it first
conveyed.
This is the first in a series of articles I
am presenting that will take a closer look at individual symbols, and
delve into their origins and history to uncover their deeper esoteric
significance. I am writing these as part of an effort to reclaim these
positive esoteric symbols and restore them to their previously esteemed
state.
Universal Nature of Symbolism
Symbolism has long been used by humanity to
communicate ideas which are best crystallised in a compact form. As the
well-known saying goes, a picture tells a thousands words! Esoteric symbols are
alive today as they were in the ancient past, but there is much
confusion surrounding their usage, history, intent, and meaning.
In ordinary life we use symbols to show at a
glance important information such as traffic and road signs amongst many
other symbols which are widespread and common today. Some other
examples are corporate logos and certification statuses.
Symbolism is also especially used in the communication of non-physical, spiritual ideas, phenomena, and processes.
The all-seeing eye is one of the most powerful and widely used – and misused – symbols
of all. In this article I trace its use from the earliest of times
through to the 18th century, and show what the symbol originally stood
for. My next article will examine its use from 18th century freemasonry
onwards, and show how it has since been hijacked and misused.
Use of the All-Seeing Eye in Ancient Cultures
India
Image: Shiva’s third eye
We perhaps find the precursor to what
eventually became known as the all-seeing eye in the Rig Veda, a
sanskrit text thought to have been written over 3,000 years ago and one
of the oldest known texts. In it there are many references to the sun
and to other deities as being an eye in heaven, as an eye which reveals
creation, or an eye which never closes.
One can liken this to being symbolic of a
high level of awakened consciousness that advanced spiritual beings have
and which an ordinary person can potentially attain.
The Hindu god Shiva has three eyes. The third
eye or brow chakra eye is known as the eye of Shiva, possessor of all
knowledge, which when opened will destroy anything it sees. Thus it is a
symbol of knowledge which destroys evil and ignorance.
This again can be likened to an awakened
higher spiritual part of a person which sees the truth of things and can
then eliminate within a person’s psyche that which is opposite to and
blocks divine consciousness from manifesting more. In this way it is a
“creative destruction” of evil to transform it into higher
consciousness.
Even in modern times, the eye of Shiva is
used in jewellery to give protection against evil to its wearer and to
gain wisdom and understanding from the world, from life events and from
the self, for positive transformation.
Nepal
Image:Buddha’s all seeing eye
In Buddhism, Buddha is referred to as the Eye
of the World. It is typical for temples in Nepal to display a graphic
of the “Eyes of Buddha” as shown to the right – notice it includes a
mark for the “third eye” as well. The eyes are also known as the eyes of
wisdom and compassion.
Statues of Buddha typically show a dot in the mid-brow to represent the third eye.
Ancient Egypt
Eye of Osiris
It is interesting to find that the Egyptian
hieroglyph for their god Osiris contains an eye as shown below. So as
with Hinduism and Buddhism we find a spiritual deity being represented
in ancient times as an eye.
Eye of Horus
Image:Hieroglyph for “Osiris” contains an eye
In ancient Egypt, the all-seeing eye was
known as the Eye of Horus or the Eye of Ra and also formed part of the
symbology of Wad-jet. Through various myths they were symbols of
protection, healing and restoration. The left eye of Horus was said to
be the moon and his right eye the sun.
Horus was a falcon-headed sun god and it could be said the Eye of Horus was styled like an eye of a lanner falcon with its marking beneath the eye.
Image: Could the Eye of Horus represent parts of the brain used to manifest consciousness?
It is also very interesting to note that the
drawing of the Eye of Horus very much matches the cross section of the
mid brain where the thalamus, the pineal and pituitary glands are
situated. The pineal gland is often said to be the “third eye” and a
centre of spirituality and of spiritual insight, which can be developed
in a person.
It’s as if the Eye of Horus could be a
depiction of the thalamus as the eye ball with the corpus callosum the
eye brow above and the medulla oblongata (brain stem) and the
hypothalamus being the two markings below. If this is what they were
drawing but calling it the Eye of Horus, does it suggest they considered
the mid brain to be the seat of consciousness or even of divine
consciousness or “Horus consciousness”? Horus being a sun god and
symbolic of the universal Christ, a spiritual force which a suitably
prepared person can merge with.
Middle East/Asia – Hamsa
Image left :A Jewish Hamsa
In the Middle East the all-seeing eye has been known in the form of a hand-eye symbol called either Hamsa, Khamsa or Hamesh.
It’s the symbol of an eye in the palm of a
hand, usually the right hand. Again it is a symbol of protection against
the evil eye (bad luck caused by jealousy from others) and danger in
general and can been seen as a good luck charm in that way.
Image, right: Detail from “The Divine World” by Kahil Gibran
It is also known as the hand of Fatima in
Islam and the hand of Miriam in Judaism. In India it is known as Humsa
Hand. The Jains also have a form of the Hamsa in their symbolism with
the word ahimsa (meaning non-violence) inside a wheel instead of where
the eye would be. The Hamsa has been used for thousands of years and is
still in use today as amulets, charms or wall hangings. It would seem to
have its origins from ancient Mesopotamia with the hand of Ishtar being
a symbol of divine protection although it did not contain the eye in
the palm.
A more Christian-themed representation of the
Hamsa is an art work called “The Divine World” by Kahlil Gibran, a
Lebanese Maronite Catholic prominent in the early 20th century as a
poet, painter, writer, philosopher, theologian.

In Greece and Turkey they have something
similar to the Hamsa which they call a “Nazar”. It is just an eye
without the hand but it is used in the same way and has the same meaning
as the Hamsa, that is, to ward off the evil eye, in the form of amulets
or hanging ornaments usually made from blue glass.
Similarly in Buddhism there is the “eye of Buddha” amulet to ward off the evil eye.
The symbol of an eye in a hand also appears
in Aztec and Mayan cultures and in Native American artworks although
archaeologists are not sure what meaning it had for these cultures.
Image, right:The enigmatic rattlesnake disc
To the right is a Native American example referred to as “The Rattlesnake Disc”
which was unearthed by a farmer in Moundville, Alabama in the 1800′s.
Some archaeologists think its symbolism may have represented a portal to
spiritual dimensions. It is the most elaborately decorated artwork
found at Moundville giving rise to the belief it was of the most
importance to its creators. Other artworks found there also contain the
hand-eye symbol.
Ancient Ecuador
There is also the amazing discovery in 1984 in La Mana, central Ecuador, of an ancient artefact referred to as the Black Pyramid amongst 300 artefacts found there of unknown origin.
It is not known what culture they come from
and the many objects found are baffling and seemingly out of place for
this part of the world, such as an object designed as a hooded King
Cobra of south east Asia. Cobras don’t exist in South America.
The so-called Black Pyramid is made from
black stone with an eye at the apex. The stone has gold inlays forming
13 levels of “bricks” and an eye at the top. These inlays glow when
under black light. Overall it looks like a representation of the great
pyramid of Giza (7,470 miles away) and also amazingly just like the eye
pyramid symbol used on the Great Seal of America and the US $1 bill.
It is also interesting to note the cobra
artefact has another similarity with ancient Egypt where the raised
cobra is associated with the Eye of Horus/Ra and Wad-jet in their
protective aspects with it being worn on the foreheads of Pharaohs at
the mid-brow right where the third eye is located. This symbolises the
raising of a person’s energies to a higher vibration which internally
leads to the awakening of psychic faculties such as those latent in the
third eye.
Image: via YouTube user Wellington Marin – Illuminati Pyramid from Ecuador
It is not known how old these objects are as
dating them has not been possible but they are thought to pre-date the
known ancient cultures of the region. There is also a pre-Sanskrit type
language (making it very old) engraved on some of the objects including
on the underside of the black pyramid where there are also markings
which appear to map out the stars of the Orion constellation, which the
pyramids at Giza also map. The 4 pre-Sanskrit markings are thought to
translate as saying “the son of the creator comes”.
Given the care taken to create this object it
would seem to have been an important symbol for its creators although
it is not clear how they interpreted it.
and as “Immortal Jove, all searching, bearing light” ;
then later as the “Great eye of Nature and the starry skies” ;
followed by “Faithful defender, and the eye of right”
So here we see in an ancient text of the
western world similar representation of the sun like that presented in
the ancient text of the east, the Rig Veda, as being an eye of the
creator and an all-seeing never closing eye watching over and protecting
the good.
Christianity
“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye
be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” (Jesus in Matthew
6:22) “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry;” (Psalms 34:15) “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3)
Image:Does the Talpiot tomb display an all seeing eye?
A possible first known use of the all-seeing
eye symbol in Judeo-Christianity is the so-called “Jesus tomb” from 1st
century AD discovered in 1980, which uses a similar symbol over
the entrance to the tomb. Regardless of whose tomb it is, could this be
a first known or early use of the eye-pyramid symbol in the
Judeo-Christian tradition?
In Christianity, the all-seeing eye or “Eye
of Providence” or “Eye of God” has been used as a symbol from at least
the 16th century as seen in the following painting below which depicts a
scene from Luke 24: 13-32 where after his resurrection, Jesus has
supper with two disciples.
The eye is inside a triangle, and surrounded
by rays of light, with the triangle representing the holy trinity and
the whole symbol meaning God’s omnipresence and all-seeing eye watching
over creation.
Some claim that the eye in triangle symbol
was added to the painting soon after the Council of Trent 1545- 1563, to
conform with its canons and decrees but even if that is so that would still place its use in the 16th century.
Image, right: 16th
century Christian painting – dated 1525 by Italian artist Pontormo
(student of Da Vinci), called Supper in Emmaus – depicts Luke 24: 13-32
In Alsace, France, the fresco painted above
the altar of the Abbey Church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste (1763) shows a
large example of the eye-in-pyramid symbol, with the rays of glory
breaking through the clouds.
Another example is on the Aachen cathedral in
Germany. It was originally built in the late 8th century under the
Emperor Charlemagne and then enlarged in the middle ages with various
other changes and updates along the way. It would seem the all-seeing
eye symbol was placed on the cathedral in 1766 to mark the renovations
done that year.
Note that these first two examples pre-date
the founding of the Bavarian Illuminati (1776) although Freemasonry
already existed in England and Europe by this time. Perhaps it was a
masonic influence that saw these symbols used on these cathedrals yet it
was not until about 1797 that masons are regarded as beginning to use
the eye-in-pyramid symbol.
The eye-in-pyramid symbol also features
prominently on the front facade of the Hartegbrugkerk Church in Leiden,
the Netherlands, built in 1835-36. The Latin words “Hic Domus Dei est et
Porta Coeli” translates to “This is the House of God and the Gateway to
Heaven.”
These are just some Christian examples of many that appear in Europe.
Conclusion
As we have seen, throughout history there has
been a strong tradition across time, continents and cultures of using
eye symbolism to generally represent a benevolent creator force watching
over, helping and protecting humanity and to represent a spiritual part
within.
In my next article I will continue to trace
the use of the all-seeing eye symbolism over the last 240 years and
reveal how it has been inverted and increasingly used for sinister aims
in current times.
